Australian made soap moulds
Square wooden molds

Square tray molds use a set of acrylic (perspex) dividers. The wooden trays have a removable side for easier unmoulding and are treated with a special timber protection blend.

All moulds are suitable for CP and HP. The acrylic (perspex) dividers can be disassembled for easier cleaning. Lining the wooden tray is necessary for easier unmolding and cleaning.

One divider mould accommodates 49 bars of soap and is suitable for batches between 2.5kg and 8kg approx. Each individual cavity is 4.7cm (1 7/8 inch) square. The thickness of each bar can be adjusted based on individual needs. For instance, 3cm (1 1/8 inch) thick soaps would weigh approximately 90 grams (3 oz) each and, once unmoulded, are ready to package. No trimming is required, and the shape is a perfect square soap with smooth, shiny sides that is extremely easy to wrap.

Instructions and sample recipes for different size batches are included with each mould.

Pricing and ordering

Each mould set includes 1 tray + 12 internal dividers to make 49 cavities.
A sample lining sheet is included, and can be used as a template. You can easily make new lining sheets out of heavy duty plastic or butcher paper.
