Australian made soap moulds
Rectangular wooden or acrylic molds

Go to square divider mold details

Rectangular timber tray moulds have a removable side for easier unmoulding and are treated with a special timber protection blend.

All moulds are suitable for CP and HP. The acrylic (perspex) dividers can be disassembled for easier cleaning. Lining the trays is necessary for easier unmolding and cleaning.

One divider mould accommodates 42 bars of soap and is suitable for batches between 3kg and 9kg approx. Each individual cavity is 7.3cm (2 7/8 inch) long and 4.7cm (1 7/8 inch) wide. The thickness of each bar can be adjusted based on individual needs. For instance, 3cm (1 1/8 inch) thick soaps would weigh approximately 120 grams (4 oz) each and, once unmoulded, are ready to package. No trimming is required, and the shape is a perfect parallelepiped with smooth, shiny sides that is extremely easy to wrap.

Instructions and sample recipes for different size batches are included with each mould.

Pricing and ordering

Each mould set includes 1 tray + 11 internal dividers to make 42 cavities.
A sample lining sheet is included, and can be used as a template. You can easily make new lining sheets out of heavy duty plastic or butcher paper.
