Australian made soap moulds: wooden or acrylic soap molds with dividers

Australian made soap moulds
Wooden or acrylic tray molds with acrylic dividers

Two types of soap mold are available: a rectangular soap mould and a square soap mold.

Please refer to the next pages for more photos and detailed descriptions.

Rectangular and square molds have a timber tray and a fitting set of acrylic (perspex) dividers. The rectangular moulds have a removable side for easier unmoulding. Acrylic rectangular trays are also available.

All moulds are suitable for CP and HP. The acrylic (perspex) dividers can be disassembled for easier cleaning. Lining the trays is necessary for easier unmolding and cleaning. You can use your usual lining material (we use butcher paper).

Each rectangular divider mould accommodates 42 bars of soap and is suitable for batches between 3kg and 9kg approx. Square divider molds accommodate 49 square bars of soap and are suitable for batches between 2.5kg and 8kg approx.
The thickness of each bar can be adjusted based on individual needs. No trimming is required, and the resulting shape is a perfect parallelepiped with smooth, shiny sides that is extremely easy to wrap. It is also very easy to make layered soaps or larger soap "blocks", which can then be cut into smaller bars.
